After graduating from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy with Honors, Tiffa started her career in Hong Kong by working in a large-scale acute hospital, gaining experience in a wide variety of specialties. She then worked at the Hong Kong Sports Institute treating elite athletes across many sports. This experience taught Tiffa the importance of managing injuries correctly and having strong communication with athletes, coaches and other stakeholders. Tiffa is also a dance enthusiast and ballet teacher herself. She has developed strong interest in dance injuries and rehabilitation and hopes to grow these skills at APS.
Tiffa’s treatment approach incorporates manual treatment and dry needling. She believes that movement and exercise is the key to success in rehabilitation. Tiffa is also a qualified Pilates (Polestar) and yoga instructor. In her spare time, Tiffa enjoys dancing, trail-running, and enjoying the outdoors.
