Adele commenced at APS Physiotherapy in 2016. Her passion for physiotherapy started at a young age during her dance career. Adele has previously trained with the Australian Ballet School and the Charlesworth Ballet Institute as well as completing a Bachelor of Arts (Performing Arts – Dance) at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).
After retiring from dance, Adele chose to pursue a career in physiotherapy with her vision and aim from the outset being to draw on her experiences as a dancer to enable her to help dancers and non-dancers alike. Adele is passionate about the musculoskeletal area and routinely treats a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries, such as ankle sprains and hip impingement. Adele is also accredited in dry needling and incorporates this technique in her treatment of patients.
In her spare time, Adele enjoys staying fit and active through long beach walks and Pilates.
