Danica is a sports physiotherapist and has worked at APS Physio since 2015. Prior to launching her career as a physio, Danica was a professional dancer, ballet teacher and a WAAPA dance graduate.
Career highlights include dancing with Tasmanian Classical Ballet Company and on the Australasian tour of “The Phantom of the Opera”. As a physio she has worked on “The Rocky Horror Show”, “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang”, “Ghost, The Musical” and “Cirque Adrenaline” during their Perth seasons. She is also involved in the clinical program at WAAPA.
She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and The International Association of Dance Medicine and Science. Danica has completed her Masters in Sports Physiotherapy and enjoys applying the principles of sports physiotherapy amongst Dancers.
